To place an order at the La Senza Online Lingerie Store, sign in as a new or returning customer. Once you are signed in, please browse our online catalog by selecting a category found at the top of every page. You may then select items that you would like to purchase by clicking on "Add to Bag" (within the product page) to place the item in your shopping bag. When you are ready to complete your order, click on "Check Out" for a last review of the items, then click on "Check Out" and follow the check out procedures. We will request billing, shipping and credit card information from you, which will ultimately be sent to La Senza Lingerie via a secure connection to process your order and ship your package.

The La Senza Online Lingerie Store currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Amex). Other major credit cards will be accepted in the near future.
CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS & GIFT CARDS
We regret that at this time the La Senza Online Lingerie Store does not accept checks, money orders or gift certificates as payment through the website. Gift cards may only be used in our stores in Canada.
You may return your purchase by one of the two following options:

For returns by mail, please mail to us the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on babydolls, panties, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies.

Shipping costs depend on destination address and the shipping method you select. Canadian shipments sent by Canada Post, while U.S. and International orders are always shipped via courier. Exact fees are available on the Shipping Information & Fees page.
La Senza Lingerie will ship your order to almost any country in the world. Please be aware that some countries may have laws which preclude certain products from being imported. La Senza Lingerie does not take responsibility for the delivery of orders due to local import regulations in other countries.
Shipping fees are unique to each country, and as such are determined uniquely for each shipment (see Shipping Fees: International for details on how we provide you with customized shipping fees.)
As La Senza does not charge Canadian taxes on all US and International orders, these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
La Senza’s exclusive lingerie collection is available only in our stores and online. There is no printed catalog.
